Publications and Communications (P&C) Board

A message from Dr Graham Powell, Chair of the P&C Board


	The work of the Board has grown significantly since it was formed and took over from the Information Committee in September 2000, and we have re-focussed the Society's activities on the Charter objective "to promote the advancement and diffusion of knowledge of the discipline..." Most recently, this has included the setting up of the Policy Support Unit, which coordinates responses to appropriate Government consultations, and the Public Relations Unit. The Board's main areas of responsibility are:
